The installer requires Valheim installed through Steam, with the game closed. It backs up anything it replaces and does not touch your saves.
To quick stack, close the chest and press P near storage containing matching items.
If macOS blocks the installer, use System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway for this app.
The Windows installer has not yet been checked on a Windows PC.
